The JVC brand is launching with great news in the audiovisual sector. These are its new state-of-the-art projectors DLA-RS3000 and DLA-NX9. As we are accustomed to JVC, these new releases represent a revolution in Home Cinema and projection solutions, being the first projectors on the market capable of achieving 8K resolution.
We start with the DLA-RS3000 projector which as we said is the first projector on the market with e-shift pixel shift technology and 8K resolution, resulting in 8192×4320 images. JVC goes beyond 4K to have a home theater projection at an impressive quality, with brighter images, contrasted and with a wide chromatic range. All this is reinforced by the high-end lens used for this projector, being a 100mm diameter glass. The lens is composed of 18 elements and 16 groups of glass in an aluminum structure. In addition to its powerful resolution it supports HDR, having the Auto Tone Mapping option. It is capable of reaching 2,200 lumens and a contrast of 100,000:1.
Apart from the 8K projector preview JVC will also present its new projector solutions for purposes other than home projection. JVC is also a leader in simulation developments, for which it has launched the DLA-VS4600 hybrid projector, which is perfect for such uses, among others. Unlike the previous model, the maximum resolution is 4K but with 4000 lumens of maximum brightness. It incorporates D-ILA chips and a laser light system that can be controlled to adapt to the type of content projected.
It has also developed products for night vision simulation with IR-LED devices, such as the following models DLA-VS47NV and DLA-VS45NV. They share with the DLA-VS4600 model the D-ILA chips, laser light and 4K 4096 X 2160 resolution, although in the case of the DLA-VS47NV model it incorporates an 8K mode as well. As for the maximum brightness there is a variation, reaching 4000 lumensthe DLA-VS4600 model, unlike the other two models, the DLA-VS47NV and DLA-VS45NV, which reach 3000 ANSI lumens.
Now that 8K projection has arrived in the home, we can’t wait to try out some of these new JVC projectors.
