With our Online Course in Color Correction Theory, you will learn everything necessary to get started in color correction. Beginning with the most basic concepts, what are the tasks of a colorist? What is contrast? How are color and saturation manipulated? What are the gamma curves and color spaces of materials? How do you initiate color management? What are LUTs (Look-Up Tables)?…and much more.
You will learn to use the available tools to match shots and generate looks in the image, evaluate the image with digital measurement tools, and develop primary corrections through the DaVinci Resolve system.

All the courses use programs that have free and/or trial versions. In the course description you will find links to download the necessary programs.
