Assimilate Scratch Integrates NDI

Assimilate Scratch integrates NDI, the network device interface for live on-set broadcasting. This integration into Assimilate Scratch’s advanced tools, the color correction software, allows for real-time high-quality live content broadcasting from the filming set itself.

Assimilate is a tool used by colorists in studios and DITs on film sets to grade recorded images. It is a professional color correction software with many diverse tools, which will now also integrate NDI. NDI is a high-performance standard with which you can obtain video on existing IP networks in real-time with ultra-low latency. It is one of the most widely used IP standards in the world and leverages existing software and networks to make content broadcasting viable.

With this union between the two programs, production content can be shared from client to client, among audiovisual professionals, or external broadcasts to reach a wider audience. The good thing is that you can download or broadcast all the NDI video content you have on your network with the NDI Studio Monitor. We simply need a computer, or an Assimilate Scratch to access the available NDI channels and from there organize them, monitor them, etc… It allows for multiple signals in live broadcasts, adjusting video and audio, delivering to multiple external screens, etc…

It is a simpler process where, being natively integrated, there is no need to use cables or I/O cards. Everything is reduced and concentrated in Assimilate to have control of the signals and distribute them live to the world. A new form of remote work that not only reduces costs but also expands the possibilities in live events, webinars, multi-screen broadcasts…

It is launched to the market with 2 payment options, monthly for $59 and annual for $495 and is already available for Assimilate Scratch 9.3.
