Updates for Adobe Creative Cloud

Creative Cloud 2015

Adobe yesterday unveiled new features for its flagship Creative Cloud software collection.

Perhaps one of the biggest advantages of Creative Cloud is the ease of integration between Adobe systems. This has now also been improved for the Adobe Stock service, which offers users access to videos, illustrations and vector graphics.

Apart from the integration, within Adobe Stock the general workflow has been improved, allowing you to select an image from the web page and place it in the software you are using with just one click. The removal of watermarks and licensing of images from Photoshop has also been made easier.

These are the new features within the creative systems:

Premiere Pro

  • New Virtual Reality (VR) functions.

After Effects

  • Character Animator preview: synchronizes the speech and movement of an animated character with that of a real actor.

Photoshop

  • Crop by content: Automatically fills spaces when rotating or zooming beyond the original size.
  • Liquify tool with Face Detection: Generates effects on facial features while maintaining the proportion of the face.
  • Display font: Used to recognize and identify fonts and automatically propose those available in the operating system or through Adobe Typekit.
