As you know, the ARRI Alexa camera is capable of capturing images in ARRIRAW (its RAW format) or using Apple’s ProRes family of codecs (it is also possible to record in DNxHD).
For this reason, starting today we offer you the opportunity to download three clips of each format through our“Best of 709” section.
When you have the folder downloaded, you will see that there are three ARRIRAW clips, with a resolution of 2880×1620; and three ProRes 4444 clips, with a size of 2048×1152.
All of them were recorded as part of VCI (Video Cine Import) tests, are at 25fps and feature different exposures.
