New professional audiovisual courses September – December

Here is a list of some of the upcoming professional audiovisual courses that we will be organizing at 709 Media Room next term. From September you can find calls for our already consecrated courses of HD color correction (in which we teach the theory of color correction common to all software and tools), DaVinci Resolve (in which we will teach the new version 9 if the official release is ready for those dates) and creation of DCP (digital cinema projection system) with free software, unique course in Spain in which the processes of mastering and creation of digital cinema packages are explained.

You will also find an advanced DaVinci course for those who already know the basics of the program and want to learn color correction and look creation techniques and a new workflow design course, designed for producers or professionals who need to understand and build different stages of the film process. In this course we will explain from the base all the concepts of codecs, formats, etc. necessary for the correct workflow design.

In post-production with Adobe CS6 we will have a course on color correction with Speedgrade and other tools of the suite and another on advanced After Effects, designed for editors who want to improve their use of the compositing tool based on techniques and practical examples to carry out on a daily basis. From September we will also announce new courses with Premiere Pro.

Going into the field of cameras and cinematography we launch the second call of the Raw Vs Log course and the pioneer in Spain DIT (digital Imaging technician) course. Both curricula are carried out by Rafa Roche, director of photography specialized in digital cinema and of recognized prestige, being unique in its realization in Spanish speaking countries. The first is a short course that explains the fundamental concepts that differentiate the recording in Raw and Logarithmic (and everything around it) and the second is a two-week course that explains everything necessary for the absolute control of the digital image (camera, optics, accessories, DIT stations, post-production and color correction). The course can be taken as a complete course or by modules according to the disciplines.

Also in the same field we are proud to present another course taught by a great teacher, in this case Tomàs Pladevall AEC. In his course of pre-production of direction of photography Tomàs will explain everything you need to take into account before carrying out a lighting to be able to go fully prepared to the shooting. From the style to be photographed to how many Kw or fixtures are needed for each shot and location.

These are just some of the courses that we will carry out next term, there will be more news such as the mentioned Premiere Pro courses or the new call of the advanced film editing techniques course with Jaime Estrada-Torres, as well as many others, of which we will keep you informed.

We have also included new discounts for early booking, you will have reduced prices if you make your reservation in advance of the date indicated in each course.

We hope to have you in one of these courses, have a great summer!

NOTE: During this month of August the 709 Media Room phone will not be operative but the mail will continue working (sorry if there is any delay in the answers). In September both will be 100% operative again.
